The Challenge
A CBSE-affiliated school group with 3 campuses was using a mix of Tally for accounts, an outdated PHP attendance system, paper-based fee receipts, and an external SMS gateway for parent notifications. The principal couldn't get a single-campus view, let alone group-wide. Online classes during the pandemic exposed how disconnected everything was.
Our Solution
Built a unified School ERP covering 9 modules: admissions, attendance, fees (with online payment), examinations, library, transport, hostel, payroll, and accounts. Parent mobile app (Android+iOS) shows daily attendance, fee dues, exam results, homework, bus location (GPS), and direct messaging with class teachers. Single sign-on across all 3 campuses. Tally-integration keeps the accountant happy.
